- Driver food expense is not included. The customer must either provide meals to the driver or pay a food allowance of ₹300.00 per day.
- Entry and exit parking charges at airports or railway stations for pick-up or drop-off are not included and must be paid by the customer.

- Parking charges will apply if a tourist spot is visited more than once.
- Toll charges will apply if the route is changed or if a location is visited more than once.
- Early pickup (before 5 AM) or late drop (after 11 PM) – ₹600.00 (Not applicable for One-Way trips).

Extra kilometres beyond 300 kilometers will be charged as follows:
- Etios / Dzire: ₹10.00/km
- Innova: ₹12.00/km
- Traveller: ₹17.00/km

Terms and Conditions
- For all Dindigul to Kodaikanal taxi bookings made online or via WhatsApp/phone, our team will verify vehicle availability and confirm the trip only after sending an official confirmation message through email or WhatsApp.
- Advance payment made through the website alone does not confirm the booking. Confirmation is valid only after you receive our official message.
- Karthi Travels reserves the right to decline a booking request without providing a reason. Any advance amount paid will be refunded in such cases.
- Karthi Travels is not responsible for delays or missed sightseeing caused by fog, rain, landslides, roadblocks, wildlife movement, political strikes, or poor road conditions in the Dindigul – Kodaikanal ghat section.
- Air-conditioning will be switched off on steep ghat sections, mountainous roads, or when the cab is stationary to avoid engine overheating.
- If Government authorities revise toll, parking, fuel, or tax slabs after the booking, the revised cost must be paid by the customer.
- Unexpected mechanical problems or A/C failures may occur despite regular maintenance. Assistance will be provided promptly, but compensation cannot be claimed.
- Drivers maintain safe speeds on ghat roads. Customers should not insist on overspeeding.
- For one-way taxi trips, once the cab reaches the designated drop-off location, it cannot be used for further local travel or sightseeing.
- Some Kodaikanal sightseeing points have limited space, so vehicles may need to stop at the nearest permissible point.
- Customers must ensure proper road access, safe entry, restroom facilities for the driver, and parking availability at the accommodation where they choose to stay.
- Expenses arising from diversions, landslides, or weather-related disruptions must be paid directly.
- Any damages caused by the passengers to the cab interior, seats, upholstery, or accessories must be compensated by the customer.
- All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
- Customers must plan travel responsibly. Karthi Travels is not liable for missed flights, buses, or trains due to traffic delays or late departures.

Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the scheduled pick-up date. A full refund will be issued after deducting a minimal administrative charge of ₹100.00.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days prior to the pick-up date.
- Kindly note that refunds will be processed and credited in the bank account/card within 10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
