Tour Operation & Cancellation Policy
All group tours are operated subject to minimum passenger participation. If the expected number of passengers is not met for a particular departure, the group tour may be cancelled.
The decision regarding tour operation or cancellation will be taken by Karthi Travels approximately one week prior to the scheduled departure date. Guests will be informed in advance via WhatsApp, phone call or email.
In case the tour is cancelled by the operator due to low bookings or operational reasons, the entire advance amount paid will be refunded in full.
Tours may also be cancelled or rescheduled due to unfavourable weather conditions, road closures or safety concerns. Passenger safety will always be the top priority.
Passenger Conduct & Safety Policy
